Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping is free on every order of $40 or more. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $5.95.

Yes, we ship to most countries. International delivery times vary by destination, and your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the buyer's responsibility.

We can change or cancel an order until it ships. Email us at hanjicostore@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened skincare. Read the full refund policy.

We're sorry! Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Yes. All four products are made for twice-daily use. In the morning, use lighter amounts and always finish with SPF 30 or higher.

No. Every product works on its own. If you're new to layering, the Starter Trio (Deep Dew, PDRN Serum and Glass Finish Cream) is the easiest place to start, and you can add Clarity Glow later.

Generally, yes. Our products are hydrating and gentle, so they pair well with most routines. Apply your active treatment after cleansing, then continue with our steps. If you're using strong actives, introduce one new product at a time so you can see how your skin responds.

Everyone's skin is different, so we always recommend a patch test: apply a small amount to your inner arm and wait 24 hours. If your skin is sensitive, start with Deep Dew and Glass Finish Cream, then add the other steps one at a time. Stop using any product that causes irritation.

Please check with your doctor before starting any new skincare routine while pregnant or nursing, and bring the ingredient list from the label with you.
