RETURNS & REFUNDS

We want you to love your Hanji & Co ritual. If something isn't right, here is how we handle it.

UNOPENED PRODUCTS: 30-DAY RETURNS
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused and in their original sealed packaging. Because skincare is a personal care product, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, for hygiene and safety reasons.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us within 14 days of delivery at hanjicostore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you. You do not need to return a damaged or defective item.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email hanjicostore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back before your return is approved, as unapproved returns cannot be processed. Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective or incorrect item), return shipping is paid by the customer.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to let you know whether it was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the unopened product for a refund and place a new order.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to stop your order. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Opened or used products, gift cards, and discounted items marked final sale.
